We have designed a poster for our thriller and also looked at other excisting posters for research and influences for our own ideas for our poster.
We analysed the poster for 'Orphan' in a previous post as it has been a huge influnce for us. It has dark threatening colours which we have included in ours to give the same affect but we are using some white for the connotations of innocence. We have also, like the orphan poster, used a photo of our protagonist in her costume for the opening of out thriller. She is surrounded by dark colours which reflects the ending and gives the audience a sense of what is going to happen without revealing too much.
